Unfortunately, I have no good pictures or videos. I will try to get help from a friend to take photos or a video of me helping a kitten pee and poop.
But in a few words, get a moistened cotton pad, and be prepared also with paper or paper towels. Then you massage the kittens in the behind, by imitating the tongue of the mother.
After a while the kitten will start both pee and poop, be prepared, it might be some, and keep paper or paper towels at hand.
Massage and wipe until nothing more comes, if you need to help the kittens pee and poop, make sure to do this before feeding.
